目的:观察143例医学无法解释的症状(MUS)患者脑电图特点,评价脑电图对MUS的诊断价值。方法:对143例MUS患者进行脑电图检查,并与89例健康查体者进行对照。脑电图检查采用日本光电k1518型走纸视频数字化一体脑电图机,用盘状粘附电极,按国际10/20系统安放全部电极。受试者清醒、闭目、全身放松,在安静的屏蔽室内进行常规脑电图描记,并进行睁闭眼反应、深呼吸诱发实验、闪光刺激,个别加用蝶骨电极。结果:143例患者中有24例脑电图呈边缘状态,22例轻度异常,60例有基本节律同化反应;89例健康查体者中有9例脑电图呈边缘状态,6例轻度异常,17例有基本节律同化反应。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:MUS患者大脑皮层可能存在某种功能性改变,脑电图检查可为MUS患者提供一种辅助诊断方法,提高本病的诊断率。
Objective: To observe the characteristics of electroencephalography (EEG) in 143 cases of medical unexplained symptoms (MUS) and evaluate the diagnostic value of EEG on MUS. Methods: EEG was performed on 143 MUS patients and compared with 89 healthy controls. EEG examination using Japanese optoelectronic k1518-type digital video EEG machine, with a disk-shaped electrodes, according to the international 10/20 system to place all the electrodes. Subjects awake, eyes closed, relax the body, in a quiet room to conduct conventional EEG tracings, and eyes closed reaction, deep breath induced experiment, flash stimulation, individual plus sphenoid electrode. Results: Of the 143 patients, 24 showed EEG margins, 22 had mild abnormalities, and 60 had basic rhythm assimilation reactions. Among the 89 healthy controls, 9 showed EEG margins and 6 had mild Abnormalities, 17 cases of basic rhythm of the assimilation reaction. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: There may be some functional changes in the cerebral cortex of MUS patients. EEG can provide an auxiliary diagnosis method for MUS patients to improve the diagnosis rate of this disease.
