2.5 吨蓄电池机车行走装置的改进2.5 吨蓄电池电机车轮对部份的轮与轴是采用圆柱面配合。由于井下坏循和运行中的振动问题,致使该处容易破坏、松动,更换频繁。为此,我们将圆柱面配合改为圆锥面配合,并加强防松措施,如图示。改进后经一年多使用表明,这种结构寿命长、维修方便,回收利用废车轮二百余件,节约成本一万九千多元。除此以外,圆锥面配合还有以下优点:1)能消除径向间隙,使配合紧密,一旦发生松动,可随时调整;
