真正的企业文化不是企业公布在公司大厅的几句口号,而是企业追求的核心价值观和经营哲学的升华。在激烈的市场竞争中,企业往往投入巨资打造公司的品牌形象。为提升自身在客户心目中的美誉度,企业不论是在展会中或是在电视媒体上往往会一掷千金。从百年甚至更长的时间而言,企业品牌建设的核心与灵魂其实是文化。也许有人会质疑企业文化是虚化的东西,无法直接为企业带来价值或利润。然而,越是发展到一定规模的企业领导者越是会对自身的企业文化诚惶诚恐。
The real corporate culture is not a few slogans released by companies in the company lobby, but the core values pursued by enterprises and the distillation of business philosophy. In the fierce market competition, companies often invest heavily to build the company’s brand image. In order to enhance their own reputation in the eyes of customers, enterprises, whether in the show or in the television media often spend big bucks. From a hundred years or more time, the core and soul of corporate brand building is actually culture. Someone may question whether the corporate culture is something of a blur and can not directly bring value or profit to the enterprise. However, the more corporate leaders that have grown to a certain size, the more they fear and fear their own corporate culture.
