社会的需求与竞争加速了教育模式的转变,为了培养更多不局限于语言本身的日语专业人才,使他们除了从事翻译工作外,还有能力完成经营管理、企划宣传等其他工作。可见高校日语教学在培养学生学习语言基础知识的同时,还要重视商务日语教学,注重培养学生的跨文化交际能力。作者对高校商务日语教学过程中的问题进行探讨,并结合教学实践,对如何培养学生的跨文化交际能力提出了对策。
Social needs and competition have accelerated the transformation of educational models. In order to train more Japanese professionals who are not limited to the language itself, they have the ability to complete other tasks such as business management and publicity as well as translation work. It can be seen that Japanese teaching in colleges and universities not only cultivates students ’basic knowledge of language but also emphasizes business Japanese teaching and focuses on cultivating students’ intercultural communicative competence. The author explores the problems in the process of business Japanese teaching in colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures to how to cultivate students’ intercultural communication ability.
