目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的表达意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测50例甲状腺乳头状癌、50例甲状腺腺瘤和48例甲状腺假乳头状瘤组织中HIF-1α的表达。结果 HIF-1α蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌、甲状腺腺瘤及甲状腺假乳头状瘤组织的表达率分别为76.0%(38/50)、16.0%(8/50)和10.4%(5/48);甲状腺乳头状癌有淋巴结转移的患者HIF-1α表达高于无淋巴结转移者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲状腺乳头状癌病理分级及临床分期分别与HIF-1α表达呈正相关(r分别为0.339和0.386,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺乳头状癌组织中HIF-1α的表达明显上调,HIF-1α的表达程度与甲状腺乳头状癌病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in thyroid papillary carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α in 50 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma, 50 cases of thyroid adenoma and 48 cases of thyroid pseudopapillary tumor. Results The positive rates of HIF - 1α protein in thyroid papillary thyroid carcinoma, thyroid adenoma and thyroid pseudopapillary tumor were 76.0% (38/50), 16.0% (8/50) and 10.4% (5/48), respectively. The expression of HIF-1α in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The pathological grade and clinical stage of papillary thyroid carcinoma were positively correlated with the expression of HIF-1α (r = 0.339 and 0.386, respectively, P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of HIF-1α in thyroid papillary carcinoma was significantly up-regulated. The expression of HIF-1α was related to the pathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
