中学生朋友在学习历史时,常对十月革命的时间产生疑问。课本上称这次社会主义革命为“十月革命”,而行文用的却是11月(只在括号里说明是俄历10月),这到底是怎么回事呢? 这里有个两种不同历法存在差异的问题。其实,课本中已有说明,只是没有详细说清楚而已。我们说十月革命发生于10月25日,这里用的是俄历,而行文中采用11月7日的说法,根据的则是另一种历法——格里历,即现在所说的公历。由于这两种历法在月份、年份长度上的规定存在不同,因而产生了两种不同的结果。
