针对某型柴油机机体缸孔铸造缺陷,对该型柴油机机体的浇注系统进行了研究分析。并对原铸造工艺进行了优化改进。采用底注开放式大流量浇注系统降低了铁水充型速率(应小于0.5 m/s)。通过模拟充型凝固,确立了新铸造工艺方法,并对后续生产进行跟踪验证。结果表明,该铸造工艺满足技术要求,能为今后浇注系统设计提供参考。
Aimed at the defect of cylinder bore casting of a diesel engine body, the pouring system of the diesel engine body is studied and analyzed. And the original casting process has been optimized and improved. An open-ended, high-flow gating system reduces hot metal charge rates (less than 0.5 m / s). Through the simulation of filling solidification, a new casting process was established, and follow-up production was tracked. The results show that the casting process to meet the technical requirements for future gating system design provides a reference.
