基础产业的稳定和产业结构的良性变化,是实现经济持续、稳定和协调发展的前提条件。如何进行产业发展选择和产业结构的优化,以达到经济发展速度和效益的统一,是摆在我们而前的一项重大课题。一、经济发展与结构演变(一)经济发展概况。解放四十年来,特别是改革、开放的十年,广西国民经济发展迅速,1978～1988年,广西工农业总产值、社会总产值和国民收入依次实现增量为324.8亿元、414.2亿元和192.1亿元,平均每年增长8%、7.9%和7.5%,均快于前28年平均增长7.7%.7.2%和5.8%的速度。

I. Economic Development and Structural Evolution (I) Overview of Economic Development In the 40 years since the liberation, especially in the decade of reform and opening up, the national economy of Guangxi Province has developed rapidly. From 1978 to 1988, the gross value of industrial and agricultural output, the total social output value and the national income in Guangxi in turn increased by 32.48 billion yuan, 41.42 billion yuan and 19.21 billion yuan, an average annual increase of 8%, 7.9% and 7.5%, faster than the average growth of 7.7% over the previous 28 years, 7.2% and 5.8% of the speed.
