高职院校大学生相较于其他高等院校大学生而言,存在入学分数相对较低、学历低等情况,加之社会因素的影响,使得他们存在自卑、情绪低落等心理特征。高职院校教师要针对学生的心理现状进行分析并加以疏导,从培养他们的职业兴趣、帮助他们树立自信心方面着手,从而使得每位学生在学好专业知识的同时拥有健康的心理,成为日后社会建设的中坚力量。
Compared with other undergraduates in higher learning, undergraduates in higher vocational colleges have relatively low enrollment scores and low qualifications, combined with the social factors that make them have the psychological characteristics of low self-esteem and depression. Teachers in higher vocational colleges should analyze and guide students’ psychological status quo, cultivate their professional interests and help them to establish their self-confidence so as to make each student have a healthy mentality while learning professional knowledge, The backbone of social construction.
