为测量CO2与固体表面的接触角,研制了一台可视化的高压测试釜,并搭建一套完整的恒温控制系统.实验中使用垂滴法表现不同温度液体CO2在其蒸气环境中与不锈钢表面的接触角.液滴图像被工业摄像机采集到计算机中,利用3次样条的主动轮廓线法计算接触角的大小.根据实验结果给出了一组可靠的接触角测试数据,实验数据表明CO2对不锈钢表面具有良好的浸润性,而且该方法可以作为高压液体与固体表面接触角测量的一套标准测试方法.
In order to measure the contact angle between CO2 and solid surface, a visual high-pressure test kettle was developed and a complete set of thermostatic control system was built.In the experiment, the vertical drop method was used to show the effect of liquid CO2 at different temperatures on the surface of stainless steel Contact angle.The droplet image was collected in a computer by an industrial camera and the contact angle was calculated using the active spline method of cubic spline.A set of reliable contact angle test data was given based on the experimental results.The experimental data showed that CO2 Stainless steel surface with good wettability, and the method can be used as high pressure liquid and solid surface contact angle measurement set of standard test methods.
