本文介绍应用Bekker承压模型和Janosi剪切模型来描述我国粘性水田土壤力学特性的试验方法和试验结果的分析。分别采用最小加权二乘法和序贯无约束极小化方法(SUMT)求解土壤特性参数,取得了满意的效果;并且探讨了轮胎重复通过时土壤特性参数和轮胎牵引性能的变化规律。采用正交设计法,进行轮胎牵引性能试验,并分析轮胎的齿高、滑转率、载荷三因素对轮胎重复通过性能的影响,从而对四轮驱动拖拉机重心位置提出了合理的建议。
This article describes the application of the Bekker pressure model and the Janosi shear model to describe the test methods and test results of the soil mechanical properties of paddy field in China. The least squares method and the sequential unconstrained minimization method (SUMT) were used respectively to solve the soil characteristic parameters, and the satisfactory results were obtained. The changing laws of the soil parameters and the traction performance of the tire were also discussed. Orthogonal design method was used to test the traction performance of the tire. The influences of tire tooth height, slip ratio and load on the tire repeat performance were analyzed. The reasonable suggestions on the center of gravity of 4WD tractor were put forward.
