电子战系统发射机,一般要求极宽的瞬时带宽(往往在一个倍频程以上)、宽的系统带宽(1MHz~10GHz)、高占空系数(往往是连续波CW)和高可靠性/效率。这是对任何技术特别是高功率发射机技术的挑战。目前使用固态技术,特别是在1MHZ~3GHz的频段内,已能满足电子战发射机分系统的要求。在此频段使用固态发射机的雷达、通信和电子战设备的例子很多,有空军L波段的AN/TPS-59战术相控阵雷达和Pave Paws(AN/FPS115)远程(超高频)SLBM探测系统;Milstar超高频机载指挥所通信数据传输系统发射机分系
EWS transmitters typically require extremely wide instantaneous bandwidth (often over one octave), wide system bandwidth (1MHz to 10GHz), high duty cycle (often CW) and high reliability / efficiency . This is a challenge for any technology, especially high power transmitter technology. The current use of solid state technology, especially in the 1MHZ ~ 3GHz frequency band, has been able to meet the requirements of electronic warfare transmitter subsystem.
