设计了以PIC16F877单片机为控制核心的电液调节阀稳压控制系统。提出了直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统的方案,控制器采用模糊自适应PID(proportion integration differentiation)控制算法,通过控制伺服电机的启(停)和正(反)转,改变调节阀的阀门开度,从而达到对被控流体的压力进行调节的目的。MABLAB仿真结果表明,采用模糊自适应PID时系统超调量为4.7%,调节时间为6.2 s,该系统具有较好的动态特性。
Design a PIC16F877 microcontroller as the core of the electro-hydraulic control valve regulator control system.
