近日,笔者与一位厂长谈论企业发展与消防工作时,他以“找米”与“固锅”作比喻,论述了企业开拓市场与加强消防管理的关系,听后颇受启发。 改革开放以来,许多企业领导已十分重视“找米”下锅,有的设立专门的公关部,聘请年轻貌美且活动能力强的公关小姐;有的把善管理、精技术的“巧妇”集中到开发部,致力于上新项目。有了“米”,还要有好时“锅”,才能做出高质量的“米饭”。消防工作便是企业的“固锅”措施之一。然而,有的企业并不重视“固锅”,对消防工作“说起来重要,做起来次要,忙起来不要”,甚至把撤并消防管理部门,减少专职消防人员作为企业深化改革转换经营机制的试点,以致火险隐患成堆,火灾事故不断,给企业造成惨重的损失和人员伤亡而停工停产。
