当前大学生普遍表现出高智商、低情商的特征,在进入社会之后往往难以适应复杂的社会关系,如何在实践教学中有效地提高大学生社会技能成为高校教育亟待解决的一个问题。鉴于此,在分析当前经济类专业教学对社会技能提高的不利影响的基础上,探讨了以提高大学生社会技能为基础的专业实践教学体系的构建方式。旨在提高大学生专业能力的同时实现大学生情感上的发展,从而更好地在毕业之后适应社会岗位的需求。
At present, college students generally show the characteristics of high IQ and low emotional intelligence. After entering the society, they often find it difficult to adapt to complex social relations. How to effectively improve college students’ social skills in practice teaching has become a problem to be solved in higher education. In view of this, on the basis of analyzing the unfavorable influence of the current teaching of economics on the improvement of social skills, this paper discusses how to build a system of professional practice teaching based on improving the social skills of college students. The aim is to improve college students’ professional abilities while realizing the emotional development of college students so that they can better meet the needs of social post after graduation.
