本文观察了WC—CO硬质合金烧结态和热处理态微观断口形貌。烧结态硬质合金多以沿晶、解理方式断裂,热处理态硬质合金则多以韧性机制断裂。热处理可显著提高WC—Co硬质合金抗弯强度和断裂韧性。
In this paper, the morphology of WC-CO cemented carbide and heat-treated micro-fracture surfaces was observed. Sintered cemented carbide to intergranular, cleavage fracture, heat treatment cemented carbide are more toughness fracture mechanism. Heat treatment can significantly improve the WC-Co cemented carbide bending strength and fracture toughness.
