为了研究混凝土桥面铺装层对桥梁结构校验系数的影响,以简支混凝土空心板室内缩尺模型为对象,在不同试验工况下,测试并得到了空心板的应变、挠度值,然后通过理论分析分别研究了桥面不参与受力、全部参与受力、部分参与受力等多种情况下的空心板的理论值,并将其与试验测试值进行对比分析,结果发现在模型桥梁中有约2/3的桥面铺装层参与了结构的整体受力。表明桥面铺装层对空心板的校验系数影响显著,其结论可为梁桥荷载试验中校验系数的取值范围提供理论依据。
In order to study the effect of concrete deck pavement on the bridge structure calibration coefficient, the test of the strain and deflection of the hollow slab under different test conditions is carried out with the indoor shortening model of simply supported concrete hollow slab. Through theoretical analysis, the theoretical values of the hollow slab without the participation of the deck in the stress, the full participation of the force, the partial participation in the stress and so on were studied and compared with the test values. The results showed that in the model bridge About two-thirds of deck decks are involved in the overall force of the structure. It shows that the influence of deck pavement on the calibration coefficient of hollow slab is significant. The conclusion can provide the theoretical basis for the range of calibration coefficient in the load test of beam bridge.
