近年来,通过研究颅面部撞击伤的力学过程,已初步阐明了其致伤机理,并成功地建立了生物力学模型。本文作者选用新鲜尸体,模拟交通撞击伤。目的是建立一种诱发与临床病例相似的面上1/3骨折的方法,并积累各种撞击参数,估测和分析撞击能量在眶额骨的分布。 本研究选用20例未经防腐处理的新鲜尸体头颅,平均重量为3.78kg,死亡年龄为59~101岁,C_2~C_3关节离断而脑组织完好无损,实验前拍摄X线片,排除
In recent years, by studying the mechanical process of craniofacial injury, the injury mechanism has been initially clarified, and the biomechanical model has been successfully established. The author chose fresh bodies to simulate traffic crash injuries. The purpose is to establish a method that induces similar 1/3 fractures of the face as in clinical cases and to accumulate various impact parameters to estimate and analyze the distribution of impact energy in orbital frontal bone. In this study, 20 cases of fresh corpse head without preservative treatment were selected, with an average weight of 3.78 kg and a mean age of death ranging from 59 to 101 years old. The C_2 ~ C_ 3 joint was severed and the brain tissue was intact.
