本文采用酶促反应方法对10 名健康人,19例胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(IDDM)和34例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者分别测定血清总酮体(TKB)和乙酰乙酸(AcAc)。当空腹血糖(FBG)≤8.3mmol/L(150mg/dl)时,IDDM组TKB、AcAc、β-OHBA(β-羟丁酸)及β-OHBA/AcAc都显著高于NIDDM和健康组(P均<0.01)。当FBG>8.3 mmol/L时,IDDM组FBG与TKB、AcAc和β-OHBA分别呈显著的正相关。本文认为血清酮体水平对糖尿病分型及判定病情控制程度有重要的临床意义。
In this study, serum total ketone bodies (TKB) and acetoacetate (AcAc) were measured in 10 healthy volunteers, 19 insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) and 34 non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) patients. When fasting blood glucose (FBG) ≤8.3mmol / L (150mg / dl), the levels of TKB, AcAc, β-OHBA andβ-OHBA / All <0.01). When FBG> 8.3 mmol / L, there was a significant positive correlation between FBG and TKB, AcAc and β-OHBA in IDDM group. This paper suggests that serum ketone levels have important clinical significance for the classification of diabetes and the degree of disease control.
