本文测定了不同加热温度下镀铁层宏观内应力、显微硬度以及晶粒度和微观应力随加热温度的变化,并观察镀铁层组织的变化.根据测定说明镀铁层宏观内应力随加热温度升高呈指数下降。300℃以下随加热温度升高硬度略为上升是由于高拉应力镀铁层随加热温度升高应力消除,从而对硬度测定影响减小的缘故。
In this paper, the macroscopic internal stress, microhardness, grain size and micro-stress of the iron coating under different heating temperatures were measured, and the changes of microstructure and microstructure of the coating were observed. According to the measurement shows that the macroscopic internal stress of iron coating decreases exponentially with the increase of heating temperature. 300 ℃ with the heating temperature rise slightly increased hardness is due to the high tensile stress plating layer with heating temperature stress relief, thus reducing the hardness of the determination of the reason.
