研究五灵脂提取液WLZB1、WLZB2、WLZB3对胃粘膜的保护作用.方法用Shay模型和利血平模型,大白鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组、五灵脂提取液组和雷尼替丁(Ran)组.三个提取液分别配成相当于生药2、4、8g/ml溶液.Ran配成30mg/ml.分别用1ml/100g动物体重的剂量作腹腔注射,10h~16h后处死动物,剖胃收集胃液并计算胃液量、胃酸pH值和胃粘膜损伤指数.结果Shay模型中,WLZB1组剂量相当于生药40和80g/kg鼠胃粘膜损伤指数分别为86±108、16±19,明显少于生理盐水对照组470±314(P<005;P<001),后者粘膜损伤指数(16±19)亦少于Ran组(205±164,P<001),而胃酸pH值(3425±0143)则高于生理盐水对照组(2863±0632,P<005).利血平模型中,WLZB1相当于生药40g/Kg组,鼠胃粘膜损伤指数(207±165)少于生理盐水组(763±506,P<005).结论五灵脂提取液B1有显著的胃粘膜保护作用及抑制胃酸分泌的作用.
Study Wulingzhi extract WLZ B1, WLZ B2, WLZ B3 protective effect on the gastric mucosa. Methods Shay model and reserpine model were used. The rats were randomly divided into normal saline control group, Wulingzhi extract group and ranitidine group. The three extracts were dubbed the equivalent of crude drug 2,4,8 g / ml solution. Ran dubbed 30mg / ml. Animals were injected intraperitoneally with 1ml / 100g animal body weight respectively. Animals were sacrificed 10h ~ 16h later. Gastric juice was collected through the stomach and the gastric juice volume, gastric acid pH value and gastric mucosal damage index were calculated. Results Shay model, WLZ B1 group dose equivalent to crude drug 40 and 80g / kg gastric mucosal damage index were 8 6 10 8,1 6 ± 1 9, significantly less than the saline control group 47 0 ± 314 (P <005; P <001), while mucosal lesion index (16 ± 19) in the latter group was also less than that in Ran group (205 ± 164, P <0) 01), while the gastric acid pH value (3425 ± 0143) was higher than that of saline control group (2863 ± 0632, P <005). In reserpine model, WLZB1 was equivalent to 40g / Kg crude drug, and gastric mucosal lesion index (207 ± 165) in rats was less than that in saline group (763 ± 506, P <005 ). Conclusion Wulingzhi extract B1 has significant gastric mucosal protective effect and inhibition of gastric acid secretion.
