我厂生产的C360B型普通车床中,有几种平面垫圈,平行度精度要求为5μm,加上需要量大,一直是我厂生产上的难题。为此,我们经过摸索和试验,采用在平磨磁盘上垫上45号钢板的方法,基本上解决了生产垫圈的难题。在平磨磁盘上垫钢板是为了避免工件因过大的磁力而变形。又能利用钢板的导磁性吸住工件。垫钢板后的加工方法如下: 1.平磨磁盘,粗磨工件,并留精磨余量0.05~0.07mm。 2.把预先磨好的钢板吸在磁盘上,进行磨平,再放上工件进行精磨,只需翻磨1~2遍即可。我们在磨厚度为7mm左右的工件时,垫5.6mm
