SAB-1型棒、管超声探伤设备是用于冷拉棒、热轧棒、管材探伤的多用途设备。该设备是以多通道、可调波型(纵、横、表面波),水浸法实现探伤。适用探伤规格范围:薄壁无缝管φ10～φ40mm;冷拉棒φ8～φ40mm;热轧棒φ20～35mm。灵敏度波动范围:冷拉棒≤3db;热轧棒≤5db;管43db。探伤速度与漏检率、误检率:冷拉棒——16.6米/分,漏检率≤42％,误检率≤42％;
SAB-1 rod, tube ultrasonic testing equipment is used for cold-drawn rods, hot rods, pipe testing of multi-purpose equipment. The device is multi-channel, adjustable wave (vertical, horizontal, surface wave), flooding method to achieve flaw detection. Applicable testing specifications: thin-walled seamless pipe φ10 ~ φ40mm; cold pull rod φ8 ~ φ40mm; hot-rolled rod φ20 ~ 35mm. Sensitivity fluctuation range: cold pull rod ≤ 3db; hot rod ≤ 5db; tube 43db.
