目的 探讨预测胎儿高动力循环状态的血流参数比值指标。方法 应用二维超声、彩色多普勒能量图及脉冲多普勒技术对 17例 17~ 31孕周高动力循环状态胎儿及 2 15例 16~ 31孕周正常胎儿大脑中动脉血流参数及头围进行检测。结果 高动力循环状态组胎儿每分钟单位头围大脑中动脉的最大速度及平均速度均高于正常组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。所有高动力循环状态胎儿每分钟单位头围大脑中动脉的最大速度及平均速度均高于正常高限 ,平均速度与正常高限的比值大于最大速度与正常高限的比值 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 大脑中动脉血流参数比值能预测胎儿高动力循环状态。
Objective To investigate the ratio of blood flow parameters in predicting fetal hyperdynamic circulation. Methods Seventeen fetuses with gestational hyperplasia at gestational age from 17 to 31 gestations and 217 normal fetuses with middle cerebral artery blood flow from 16 to 31 gestations were enrolled in this study with two-dimensional ultrasonography, color Doppler energy imaging and pulsed Doppler imaging. Around the test. Results The maximum velocity and average velocity of middle cerebral artery per unit head circumference of fetus in high dynamic circulation group were higher than those in normal group (P <0.01). The maximal speed and average speed of middle cerebral artery per unit head circumference of fetus per day in all hyperkinetic cycles were higher than the normal high limit and the ratio of average speed to normal high limit was higher than the ratio of maximal speed to normal high limit (P <0. 0 5). Conclusion The ratio of blood flow parameters in the middle cerebral artery can predict the fetal hyperdynamic circulation.
