目前各高校对于学生实际应用能力的培养主要通过课堂教学和实习两种手段进行培养,但实际的现状不容乐观,究其根结是理论教学与实际应用存在时空割据,学生在培养过程中根本接触不到现实用人单位的信息和情况。“随读机制”的引入在很大程度上解决了这一问题,“随读机制”的规范建立有其重要作用和价值。
