本文采用新型AAS系列吸附树脂代替传统的活性炭,对猪血粉水解液进行脱色。本文研究了AAS树脂的脱色容量、吸附速率、脱色过程中的氨基酸损失量等性能,并与H107、NKA、及活性炭作了对比。实验发现,AAS树脂不仅具有优异的吸附性能,而且再生性能好,使用周期长,再生方法简便。本文还讨论了pH对脱色性能的影响,给出最佳脱色酸度范围为pH1~3。
In this paper, a new series of AAS resin adsorption resin instead of the traditional activated carbon, pig blood meal hydrolyzate decolorization. In this paper, the decolorization capacity, adsorption rate, amino acid loss during decolorization and other properties of AAS resin were studied, and compared with H107, NKA and activated carbon. The experiment found that AAS resin not only has excellent adsorption properties, but also good regeneration performance, long life cycle, regeneration method is simple. The paper also discussed the effect of pH on the decolorization performance, and gave the best decolorization acidity range of pH1 ~ 3.
