关于精液冻贮技术虽国外已做了大量的研究,但一些研究结果不无矛盾。为了寻找适合我国使用的简便、有效的精液冻贮方法,我库从1984年12月开始,以液氮为致冷源,用自行研制的精液冷冻设备,对人精子超低温冻贮技术进行了一系列比较性研究。从1985年2月至1986年2月,共做冻精人工授精118例,181周期。确知怀孕和已生育者33例,周期成功率为18.23%(另文报道)。现将精子冻贮技术的实验研究结果报道如下。
Although a large number of studies have been done abroad on the technique of semen freezing and storage, some of the findings are not inconsistent.
