螺杆压缩机具有寿命长、操作方便、容积变化容易等优点,在各种蒸发温度下其供热系数高。螺杆式热泵的供热量为10～500万 kcal/h,供热温度有10～50℃、70℃和150℃等几档。此种热泵可用空气或水作为热源,用电动机和内燃机进行驱动。文中给出了热泵供热量的单价同电费及供热系数的关系。列出了典型的应用实例。例如在印染工厂中可用以回收印染流程中的废水热量。在汽车喷漆车间可同时用于冷却涂料和制造前处理用温水,这种冷热同时应用的情况经济性特别好。可用于甲醇蒸馏装置节省冷凝用冷却水量和加热用蒸汽量。
