人本管理是以人为本的管理。基于人本管理的薪酬制度是一种尊重人、保护人、激励人的薪酬制度。本文在界定人本管理薪酬制度目标的基础上分析了我国传统薪酬制度存在的问题,探讨了基于人本管理的薪酬制度的基本内容。
Human-based management is people-oriented management. The remuneration system based on humanistic management is a remuneration system that respects people, protectors and motivators. Based on the definition of the goal of humanistic management of salary system, this paper analyzes the existing problems of our country's traditional salary system and discusses the basic content of the compensation system based on humanistic management.
