从运动心理学的角度,对普通高校非体育专业女生在体操运动中易产生的心理障碍进行了分析,并在此基础上,结合女子体操教学的实践,提出了克服这些心理障碍的具体措施.
From the point of view of sports psychology, this paper analyzes the psychological barriers that the non-PE majors in colleges and universities are apt to produce during the gymnastics movement. Based on this, the author puts forward the concrete measures to overcome these psychological obstacles in combination with the practice of the girl gymnastics teaching.
