本文在pH9的硼砂介质中,用硝酸银标准溶液沉淀磺胺甲基异噁唑后,以原子吸收法测定剩余的银量而测得磺胺类药物有效成分的含量。测定回收率达99.0％～100.5％,标准偏差为0.23～0.29,结果与药典规定的永停终点法一致。
In this paper, pH9 borax medium, silver nitrate standard solution precipitation sulfamethoxazole, the remaining silver by atomic absorption method to measure the content of sulfa drugs active ingredients. The recovery rate was 99.0% ~ 100.5% and the standard deviation was 0.23 ~ 0.29. The results were in accordance with the Pharmacopoeia’s permanent stop-end method.
