岩石节理的表面形貌对其力学特性具有重要影响。运用JAW-1000试验系统开展不同节理试样的剪切试验,得到不同法向应力条件下节理试样的剪切变形曲线和法向变形曲线,并利用KEYENCE_LK-G5000激光扫描仪在剪切前后对节理试样表面形貌进行高精度激光扫描测试,得到节理试样表面三维形貌数据。根据改进的节理三维形貌表征参数的算法,分析剪切试验前后节理试样表面三维形貌变化,研究节理三维形貌表征参数与抗剪强度的关系。结果表明,三维平均视倾斜角越大,抗剪强度越大,并提出了三维平均视倾斜角与抗剪强度的经验模型。
The surface morphology of rock joints has an important influence on the mechanical properties. Using JAW-1000 test system to carry out the shear test of different joint specimens, the shear deformation curve and normal deformation curve of the joint specimens under different normal stress conditions were obtained. Before and after shearing, using KEYENCE_LK-G5000 laser scanner Joint surface morphology of high-precision laser scanning test to obtain three-dimensional surface morphology of the joint sample data. According to the improved algorithm of three-dimensional topography characterization, the change of three-dimensional topography of the joint surface before and after the shear test was analyzed, and the relationship between the three-dimensional topography parameters and the shear strength was studied. The results show that the larger the three-dimensional average apparent tilt angle is, the larger the shear strength is and an empirical model of three-dimensional average apparent tilt angle and shear strength is proposed.
