本研究以转 bar基因水稻“HR”为供体 ,两系法亚种间杂交稻优势组合“两优培九”的恢复系“9311”为受体 ,经过 3次回交转育成了对 Basta除草剂具有抗性的 9311近等基因系“9311HR”,经 PCR分析确认已导入 bar基因。比较试验表明 ,9311HR及其与“培矮 6 4 S”配制的杂种的产量、米质、抗性等主要农艺性状分别与 9311和两优培九十分相似。表明通过回交将 bar基因转育到其它品种 ,是获得新的抗除草剂水稻品种的一条简便有效的途径
In this study, the transgenic rice “HR” was used as donor, and the restorer line “9311”, which is the dominant combination of two-line intersubspecific hybrid rice, was used as receptor. After three backcrosses, it was transformed into Basta herbicide The 9311 near-isogenic line “9311HR” was confirmed by PCR analysis to have introduced the bar gene. The comparative experiments showed that the major agronomic traits such as yield, grain quality and resistance of 9311HR and its hybrid with Pei’ai 6 4 S were similar to those of 9311 and Liangyoupeijiu respectively. Indicating that the bar gene was backcrossed to other varieties by backcross is a simple and effective way to obtain new herbicide tolerant rice varieties
