伺服电动缸式俯仰机构是一种连杆机构,该型机构优化设计计算要求解强非线性方程组,导致数值计算量大,实际应用较困难,有必要对俯仰机构优化设计方法进行研究。以某火箭发射装置俯仰机构为研究对象,基于伺服电动缸和连杆机构工作原理推导出俯仰机构运动数学模型,得到影响电机输出力矩大小的主要因素。基于MATLAB平台,采用复合形法的优化求解方法对俯仰机构运动数学方程直接求解,实现了连杆机构优化布局,获得俯仰电机力矩最优解。
Servo electric cylinder-type pitch mechanism is a kind of linkage mechanism. It is necessary to optimize the design method of pitch mechanism to optimize the design calculation of the type of mechanism to solve the nonlinear equations, resulting in a large amount of numerical calculation and practical application. Taking a rocket launching device pitch mechanism as the research object, a mathematical model of pitch mechanism movement is deduced based on the working principle of servo electric cylinder and connecting rod mechanism, and the main factors affecting the magnitude of the motor output torque are obtained. Based on the MATLAB platform, the optimization method of the complex method is used to solve the mathematical equations of the tilting mechanism directly. The optimal layout of the link mechanism is achieved and the optimal moment of the pitching motor is obtained.
