采用肖氏根据Folkman和Bond等人研究应对与防御时所用的问卷修订而成的版本对芜湖市三所高校700名学生进行有差别式的问卷调查。目的在于了解在校大学生应对方式现状及其影响因素。通过仔细统计对比发现,大学生绝大多数都倾向于使用成熟型的应对方式,虽然其中有16.1的大学生仍处于不成熟的应对方式状态,但对其整体来讲,大学生在“求助”和“合理化”应对方式上,可以显示出显著的性别和年级差异等特点。结论相关部门应采取科学有效的教育方法来提高大学生的心理素质,增强大学生的应对能力。
Based on the revised version of the questionnaire used by Folkman and Bond in their research on response and defense, Shakespeare conducted a differential survey of 700 students in three universities in Wuhu City. The purpose is to understand the current situation of college students coping styles and its influencing factors. Through careful statistical comparison found that the vast majority of college students tend to use a mature coping style, although there are 16.1 of college students are still immature coping mode, but as a whole, the students in the “help” and “Rationalization ” coping style, you can show significant gender and grade differences and so on. Conclusion Relevant departments should take a scientific and effective method of education to improve the psychological quality of college students and enhance the coping ability of college students.
