背景:有报道决明子的水煎液、糖浆剂或片剂均有降血脂作用,但起到降脂作的有效成分为何尚未阐明。目的:探讨决明子蛋白质和蒽醌苷对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。设计:随机对照的实验研究。地点、材料和干预:本实验在西安医科大学实验动物中心进行。实验选取健康SD大鼠80只,按体质量随机均分为8组,分别为正常对照组、高脂血症对照组、阳性药多烯康组,决明子蛋白质小剂量犤0.25mg/(kg·d)犦、大剂量犤1mg/(kg·d)犦组,决明子蒽醌苷小剂量犤5mg/(kg·d)犦、大剂量犤20mg/(kg·d)犦组,决明子蛋白质小剂量犤0.25mg/(kg·d)犦和蒽醌苷小剂量犤5mg/(kg·d)犦合用组。主要观察指标:决明子蛋白质和蒽醌苷的不同剂量、以及两者小剂量合用后,对高脂血症大鼠的血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-densitylipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-densitylipoprotein-cholesterol,HDL-C)的影响。结果:决明子蛋白质大剂量组高脂血症大鼠的总胆固醇、三酰甘油和LDL-C犤(2.08±0.54),(0.50±0.14),(0.69±0.35)mmol/L犦显著低于高血脂症对照组犤(2.69±0.67),(0.79±0.30),(1.17±0.52)mmol/L犦(t=2.24,2.77,2.42,P<0.05),蒽醌苷大剂量(20mg/kg·d)组高脂血症大鼠的总胆固醇、三酰甘油和LDL-
Background: It has been reported that sesame seed decoction, syrup or tablet all have hypolipidemic effects, but it has not been elucidated why the active ingredient for lipid-lowering has not been elucidated. Objective: To investigate the effect of cassia protein and glycosides on blood lipids in hyperlipidemic rats. Design: Randomized controlled experimental study. Location, Materials and Interventions: This experiment was performed at the Experimental Animal Center of Xi’an Medical University. Eighty healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly selected and divided into eight groups according to their body weight. They were normal control group, hyperlipidemia control group, positive drug polyene, and cassia protein low dose 犤0.25 mg/(kg· d) 犦, large dose 犤 1mg/(kg·d) 犦 group, cassia glycoside small dose 犤 5mg/(kg·d) 犦, large dose 犤 20mg/(kg·d) 犦 group, cassia protein small dose犤 0.25 mg/(kg·d) small doses of quinone glycosides and quinone glycosides 犤 5 mg/(kg·d) 犦 combination group.
