外源性气体再呼吸技术,采用持续的通气气体浓度分析方法是一种无创测定有效肺血流OEP的安全、简便、设计完善的方法。它明显地促进了CORB测定的临床使用。因此,我们用新的红外线声像光谱气体分析仪测定CORB和OEP并与COFICK(金标准)及心脏置管病人的COTD进行比较。
Exogenous gas re-breathing technology, the use of continuous ventilation gas concentration analysis is a noninvasive measurement of effective pulmonary blood flow OEP safe, simple, well-designed method. It significantly promotes the clinical use of CORB assays. Therefore, we measured CORB and OEP using a new infrared spectroscopy gas analyzer and compared it to the COFICK (gold standard) and COTD of cardiac catheterization patients.
