我县于1964年实现了普及小学教育。除了在文化大革命期间有过一段起伏外,十多年来我们坚持了这项事业。党的十一届三中全会以后,农村经济管理体制不断改革,各种形式的生产责任制普遍实行,使普及小学教育工作又面临着一些新情况、新问题。我们通过扎扎实实的工作,认真研究新情况,解决新问题,继续巩固、发展了普及小学教育的战果。根据1981年9月普查统计,全县适龄儿童入学率在98％以上,学年末升班、毕业率94％以上,读满五年的合格率80％以上。
My county in 1964 to achieve universal primary education. In addition to some ups and downs during the Cultural Revolution, we insisted on this cause for more than a decade. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the rural economic management system has been constantly being reformed and various forms of production responsibility system have been put into practice. As a result, universal primary education faces some new situations and new problems. Through solid and pragmatic work, we earnestly study new situations and solve new problems and continue to consolidate and develop the success of universal primary education. According to the September 1981 census statistics, the county school-age children enrollment rate of 98% or more, the end of the year promoted classes, the graduation rate of 94% or more, read full five-year pass rate of 80% or more.
