作者对106名经冠状动脉造影证实冠状动脉三条主支有明显病变患者的休息时心电图进行了分析。17人(16%)的心电图完全正常,心电图有异常的89人(84%)中,75人的QRS综合波不正常,其中绝大多数出现心肌梗死型的Q波(64人)。11人的心电图因束支传导阻滞而表现异常,额面电轴异常,左室肥厚或低电压。其中5人同时存在左前半阻滞和梗死型Q波,1人有下壁心肌梗死,2人有前中隔心肌梗死,1人有前侧壁心肌梗死,弓1人同时有下壁心肌梗死,异常的电轴左偏和右束支传导阻滞。又另1名具有右束支传导阻滞的患者,存在着提示有前侧壁陈旧性心肌梗死的Q波,5人单独出现左前半阻滞,4人单独出现左束支传导阻滞。3人分别单独出现低电压,异常的电轴右偏及左室肥厚。106人中有14人
The authors analyzed the electrocardiogram of rest 106 patients who had significant lesions in three major coronary arteries by coronary angiography. Seventeen (16%) had normal electrocardiogram and 89 (84%) had abnormal electrocardiogram. The QRS complex was abnormal in 75 patients, most of whom had myocardial infarction-type Q wave (64 patients). Eleven patients had abnormal ECG due to bundle branch block, anomalous frontal axis, left ventricular hypertrophy, or low voltage. Five of them had left frontal block and infarction type Q wave at the same time, one had inferior myocardial infarction, two had anterior septal myocardial infarction, one had anterior myocardial infarction, one had a lower wall myocardial infarction , Abnormal axial left deviation and right bundle branch block.
