[目的]探索杂交棉新陆早70号F_1、F_2代纤维品质之间的差异性,为新陆早70号F_2代的推广应用提供依据和参考。[方法]以自育早熟杂交棉新陆早70号为试验材料,通过田间小区试验,研究其F_1、F_2代不同果枝层位的纤维品质表现。[结果]新陆早70号F_1、F_2代不同果枝层位的棉纤维均以棉株中部4~6层第1果枝节位纤维品质最优。在各个组内、组间F_1、F_2代纤维品质差异表现均不显著。[结论]若仅从纤维品质角度考虑,在大田生产上推广种植新陆早70号的F_2代还是可行的。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the difference of F_1 and F_2 generation fiber quality in new cross between Xinluzao 70 and F_2, and to provide basis and reference for the popularization and application of F_2 generation of Xinluzao 70. [Method] With early maturing hybrid cotton “Xinluzao 70” as tested material, the fiber quality performance of different fruiting layer of F_1 and F_2 generations was studied through field plot experiment. [Result] The results showed that the fiber quality of F_1 and F_2 generations of Xinluzao 70 with different fruiting branches was the best with the first fruiting branch node of 4-6 layers in the middle of cotton plant. Within each group, there was no significant difference in the quality of fiber between groups F_1 and F_2. [Conclusion] It is feasible to popularize F_2 generation of Xinluzao 70 in field production only from the aspect of fiber quality.
