高效液相色谱—电化学检测器(HP-LC-ECD)具有灵敏和特异性高等优点,目前正广泛应用于生物医学的微量物质检测。自从1972年Kissinger等首次用HPLC—ECD进行小动物脑样品的儿茶酚胺测定以来,本法得到迅速的发展。近年来,测定这些物质的方法国内也有很多报道,但使用的ECD皆系进口,价格昂贵,难于在国内推广。为了填补国内空白,从1982年开始,我室与南京市江宁分析仪器厂协作,研制出薄层流动式安培检测器(国产ECD,下同)。经我室长期试用,该仪器性能稳定可靠、灵敏度高,
High performance liquid chromatography - electrochemical detector (HP-LC-ECD) with high sensitivity and specificity advantages, is currently widely used in biomedical trace substances detection. This method has been rapidly developed since 1972 when Kissinger et al. First performed catecholamine assay on small animal brain samples using HPLC-ECD. In recent years, many methods have been reported for the determination of these substances in China, but the ECDs used are all imported, which are expensive and difficult to promote in China.
