随着汽车工业的发展,对降低成本的要求更加严格,对设计方面的关注也高涨起来了。汽车制造厂逐渐在汽车车身零件的设计阶段就注意成本问题,依靠外形设计者和工业设计者的协调体制来实现低成本和高质量的设计。但是从生产角度看,提高加工技术和给设计以更大的自由,则是十分重要的任务。因此,应该根据过去的经验和理论上的分析,在这方面作深入的努力。 对于复杂形状的制件,在工艺设计和模具设计阶段的主要对策有:(1)改变零件
