Hispolon是从药用真菌桑黄中提取的酚类物质,为一些层孔菌中共有的一个活性成分。随着近年来中医药的不断发展,天然产物中提取所得成分的药理活性及机制成为研究热点,尤其是对其中分离得到的具有较高应用价值的单体活性成分的研究更加深入。hispolon作为桑黄所含活性成分,其药理活性与桑黄有很多相似之处。近几年对hispolon药理活性及机制方面的报道不断增多,以其抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化和保肝等药理活性为主,以外,还具有抗白血病、抗病毒及雌激素样等作用。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,对hispolon生物活性及作用机制进行综述,为hispolon的进一步深入研究及开发利用提供基础,并对其临床应用研究提供依据。
Hispolon is a phenolic substance extracted from the medicinal fungus Phellinus linteus and is an active ingredient common to some laminaria. In this paper, we reviewed the biological activities of hispolon and the mechanism of action by referring to relevant literatures at home and abroad, which provided the foundation for further research and development and utilization of hispolon and provided the basis for its clinical application.
