采用外周血红细胞微核试验方法检测苯对成年与未成年小鼠的遗传毒性。以5mg/m~3,25mg/m~3,125mg/m~3浓度分别染毒成年与未成年小鼠,一定时期内小鼠外周血红细胞微核率逐渐累积增高,相同浓度组成年与未成年小鼠脾脏不能选择性地清除含微核的红细胞。成年与未成年小鼠对苯的代谢活化能力以及苯代谢物引起骨髓细胞染色体损伤的敏感程度基本相同。
Peripheral blood erythrocyte micronucleus test was used to detect genotoxicity of benzene to adult and young mice. The concentration of 5mg / m ~ 3, 25mg / m ~ 3 and 125mg / m ~ 3 were respectively used to infect the adult and the juvenile mice. The micronucleus rate of the peripheral blood erythrocytes in the mice increased gradually in a certain period. Mouse spleen can not selectively remove micronucleated erythrocytes. The metabolic activation of benzene in adult and young mice and the sensitivity of benzene metabolites to chromosome damage in bone marrow cells are basically the same.
