对自行研制的新型马氏体耐磨钢ADVANS450W~(?)进行了Q-P-T(淬火-碳分配-回火及传统淬火-回火(Q-T)热处理,并用X衍射分析仪测定了ADVANS 450W~(?)钢残余奥氏体量,用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了材料显微组织,用光学金相显微镜(LOM)观察了晶粒度,测试了材料的力学性能。结果表明:在900℃奥氏体化,ADVANS 450W~(?)钢组织均匀细小,采用传统Q-T工艺和Q-P一T工艺,材料均获得了很好的综合力学性能,而相比传统Q-T工艺,经Q-P-T处理的ADVANS 450W~(?)钢保持了较高硬度,强度有所下降,冲击韧性得到了很大提高。
