每个人都有自尊心,所谓自尊,从字面上看,即“自我”尊重的意思,其实,这种“自我尊重”更多的是期待他人对自我的尊重。处于青春期的中职生情绪不稳定,当他人对自我的尊重程度和期待不相符时,过于自尊和不够自尊的个体的自我调节行为反应差别很大。教师有责任帮助学生矫正因自尊心太强或太弱而受挫产生的不正常心理,建立适度自尊。
