近年旅游市场中新疆热不断升温,导游数量随之大量增长,如何对导游进行有效管理,建立完善的导游管理机制,成为新疆旅游业亟待解决的问题。本文根据新疆旅游业的自身特点,将旅行社对导游的管理机制分为三个部分:薪酬机制、服务质量监控机制、激励与保障机制,提出新疆旅行社导游管理机制中出现的问题,分析现有管理机制问题的原因,最后根据实际情况提出相应对策。
