国家科委、计委下达的交通运输技术政策《汽车车辆构成和发展方向问题》由交通部、中汽公司组织实施,经过近二年时间,完成了技术政策研究工作。国家科委、计委于今年6月6日～8日在京召开了交通运输技术政策评审会。国家科委、计委、经委、交通部、中汽公司等领导机关的代表出席了会议。会议还邀请了清华大学、石油部、城乡建设部、总后、第一汽车制造厂、第二汽车制造厂、吉林工业大学等单位参加评审工作。
The technical and policy on transport technology issued by the State Science and Technology Commission and the Planning Commission, “The Composition and Development Direction of Auto Vehicles” was organized and implemented by the Ministry of Communications and China National Aviation Corporation. After nearly two years, the technical and policy research work was completed. The State Science and Technology Commission and the Planning Commission held a review meeting of transport technology policy in Beijing from June 6 to June 8 this year. State Science and Technology Commission, Planning Commission, Economic Commission, Ministry of Communications, China National Aviation Corporation and other leading bodies attended the meeting. The meeting also invited Tsinghua University, Ministry of Oil, Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction, General Motors, the first automobile factory, the second automobile factory, Jilin University of Technology and other units to participate in the assessment work.
