铬(Ⅲ)的分光光度测定法近年来报道不少,如二甲酚橙法、铬青R法、PAA法,这些方法虽灵敏度较高,但选择性较差,最近报导的间甲基偶氮羧法可在室温显色,克服了沸水加热的缺点,但温度要求苛刻,难于应用.对乙酰基偶氮胂与稀土、钍、钪等元素的显色反应研究已有报导,但与铬(Ⅲ)的显色反应尚未见报导.本文研究了对乙酰基偶氮胂与铬(Ⅲ)的显色反应的条件.试验表明,该试剂也是测定铬(Ⅲ)的灵敏试剂,其表观摩尔吸光系数为4.55×10~4,络合物组成为1:2,显色反应
