本文阐述了16V240ZJ型柴油机蝶形底板气缸盖进、排气道的改进设计.进气道的改进设计采取的是将侧板外气道部分与高温水腔分离的措施;改进设计的进气道呈低阻力.排气道的改进设计采取的是抬高排气门过桥处轮廓线的措施,这个改进设计既可使两排气口成两叉而减少相互干扰,又可实现气门口外的气道适当收缩,同时可增大冷却腔截面,是一种一举多得的改进措施.试验表明,改进设计的排气道也基本上实现了低阻力流动的效果.
